- Handle trademarks renewals.
- Handle recordals with respect to trademarks: assignments, mergers, change of name and address, and licenses.
- Negotiate and draft trademarks contracts and agreements (deeds of assignment, license agreements, franchising contract).
- Undertake market investigation with the aim to detect counterfeit products and piracy.
- Provide watching services.
- Provide legal advice and lead arbitration to settle cases of trademarks enforcements and infringement.

Patents

- Conduct in-house and worldwide searches on patents.
- Advice on the patentability of inventions in light of the local law.
- Prepare and prosecute patents applications in Morocco and in any other foreign country.
- Handle payment of maintenance fees (annuities).
- Handle recordals with respect to patents: assignments, mergers, change of name and address, and licenses.
- Negotiate and draft patents contracts and agreements (deeds of assignment, license agreements).
- Provide legal advice and lead arbitration to settle cases of patents disputes and infringements.

Industrial Designs / Models

- Conduct in-house and worldwide searches on industrial Designs / Models.
- Prepare and prosecute industrial Designs / Models applications.
- Handle Industrial designs / models renewals.
- Handle recordals with respect to industrial Designs / Models: assignments, mergers, change of name and address, and .licenses.
- Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements (deeds of assignment, license agreements).
- Provide watching services.
- Provide legal advice and lead arbitration to settle cases of industrial Designs / Models enforcements and infringement.

Domain Name

- Conduct searches on existing domain names.
- Registration of domain names.
- Handle payment of maintenance fees (renewal fees).
- Provide legal advice and lead arbitration to settle cases of domain names disputes.

Infringements and Unfair Competition.

- Undertake Market investigations in order to detect acts of counterfeiting and piracy.
- Prepare and submit applications for suspension of counterfeits products up to the Customs Authorities.
- Handle legal proceedings before the Trade Courts for litigations on trademarks, patents, Industrial Designs / Models and Domain Names.

Watching Services.

- Watch new trademark applications in order to detect trademarks that are susceptible to infringe our Clients rights.
- Prepare and file oppositions.
- Counter-retort to oppositions.
